Norbert Bruggen UB-1 for sale

On behalf of a friend of mine, a Norbert Bruggen UB-1 is for sale...all there apart from the propshaft/tube. It's been dismantled, overhauled and got no further.

Pictures will be coming along later tonight, as will a short video of it's last trip out.

I'm told to ask £150 for it...a real bargain.

The boat does require work to get it running, no servo,s or speed controller or batteries, paint work is tired, bull hull is sound so is bayonet o ring, piston tank worked last time it was used and bts switch is new, some of the plastic keel fins and stabilizer fins will need to be renewed.
There are also some original plan drawings that i got with the kit, if you have any other questions I will try to answer them, Pete

I will however pass on this sub, as my build history is nil
and i would not wish to mess up an exellent model
I am trying to build a robbe seawolf, at the moment and it is proving to be a pig.
So i think that i had better stick to the r.t.r. route.

Can anybody throw any light as to why, when an artical is sold, or withdrawn,
it still remains on view for some considerable time, instead of being taken off.

It is somewhat annoying to find these adverts still clogging up the system.
Unless there is so much capacity on the site, it does not make a lot of difference,
