I do think Vic had one at some time, he lost it at one of the Shows, it was found some three years later and it still worked.

That's correct Fred...the AMS had one for use at shows, etc (I won a regatta at Crowborough with it...submerged)
It went between the North and the South for a while, then during the year of the big upset in the AMS between Vic/Karen and John/Wendy, it was decided to leave it with Vic...that was the last I saw of it.
