    I am very pleased that you mentioned this, John.

    The discovery of the Beagle 2 on Mars and the fact that it ALMOST worked has been my "Good News" story of the week. (A shame that "the boss" Colin Pillinger died a year ago, before the news.)

    I know it is a bit off-topic but our hobby has some parallels and we should celebrate all those who try:

    - to get something to work.
    - that hasn't been done before.
    - in a hostile environment.
    - on a tiny budget.

    Raise a glass to all of them!
