    Hi All

I was told of this event yesterday by Chris Behan while at Ellesmere

The organiser sent me the following:-

    Papplewick Pumping Station Papple10

The web site shows a very nice pond.

    Anyone been there before?

    Any other info anyone?

    Hi John,

I had heard of this one but, personally, I'm saving my petrol money for the Bourneville MBC event that Roy is also running. (Roy hasn't contacted us about this one but, I assume, it is open to everyone with a sub.)

This may be the place that Dave J (fondly) remembers from wayback with the SubCommittee UK. Excellent visibility if this is the same place.

    Any more info?

The pumping station we went with Sub Committee Uk was Ryehope on the North East Coast.
I have not been to Papplewick.
