    Can someone tell me please, if this rx will be compatible with my HiTec Optic 6 tx?...Compatibility issue.. Hitec_10

    This small receiver is a HITEC HFS-06MT on 40 MHZ

    ITS A FULL RANGE RECEIVER AND TAKES STANDARD SIZE CRYSTALS.

    SIZE 37X 25 X18 MM,

    WEIGHT 15.5 GRAMS,

    6 CHANNEL SINGLE CONVERTION.

    I'm sure it will be. (I assume that the transmitter is fairly standard i.e FM, ppm etc)

    That's correct David, it's a computer tx with all sorts of modes on it. I'll give it a try and see what happens..if there's a big bang, a cloud of smoke and a lot of bad language issuing forth from the Sussex area, you'll know it wasn't compatible...

    And presumably it uses standard Futaba crystals?
    I'm sure it be fine.

    I use genuine HiTec crystals, I was lucky enough to buy two sets from a guy on another forum, and yes...that rx did work perfectly with the Optic6 tx.
