Gentlemen, just to inform you all that the Association's website has been more or less totally rebuilt over the last few days, I've added several photo galleries, a video gallery, and several more various pages of information. The whole site has been tidied up, all the links now work properly, and it's now fully operational.
I just have a couple of loose ends to tidy up here and there, but for all intents and purposes, it's up and running properly. Please take a look round, and let me know what you think of it...it's your website, so I'd value your comments and criticisms, please.
There are a couple of things I'm not happy about with the site, but they are down to software limitations...in order to keep costs down to a reasonable level, I've used a free software package to build the site, and I am bound by the limits of that software as to what I can do with it. I may consider upgrading the software as and when time and finances allow, but for now I'm stuck with what I have.
I would like to thank all those who have contributed photographs and material towards the building of the site, there are too many to list, but you know who you are, so I thank you.
Special thanks must be made to David Forrest for his generous contribution of a replacement monitor for my desktop pc when mine started to fail just as I'd started work on the site, the job of building the site would have been so much more difficult without it...thanks, David.
