Any thing (long or short, good and less good) that you would like to include in the next magazine, needs to be with Brian by the end of the month.

Hi,
if it were of interest for the magazine I could send a building report/ model description of my class 212A submarine model. The report is a little long and surely contains a lot of mistakes due to my bad English (I must confess that I'm not a native English speaker), furthermore the technical concept of the model is very unusual but from the technical point of view it is not complete rubbish.
If there is interest please let me know.
Kind regards
Hermann

Many thanks Hermann.
That is very kind but articles are usually written by members of the AMS - you would be contributing to a magazine that you would not be receiving.
You can of course join the AMS but I wouldn't want you to feel obliged to join and also have to contribute an article!
So thanks for the very kind offer but it is probably best that you relax. (If you really want to contribute a guest article pm me and I will put you in touch with the Editor.)

Hermann,
Your command of the English language is mostly better than many native English speaking people.

Hi friends,
@ Giovanni: Thank you for compliments, this will encourage me for keeping on my attemps of writing (and talking) in English.
@David: Yes, that's just the same with our submarine modeller's club SONAR where members contribute articles to our magazine(I have already written some articles about different themes, the last one dealed with suppression of EMI generated by our motors). Of course also guest articles are welcome, they may give new experience and impressions (and may help to fill the pages if there is a temporary lack of articles written by the members themselves).
So if your editor had also to fill up some empty pages in the next issue of the magazine he could use a guest article from me (no problem for me not to receive a magazine issue). I will send you a pm and you may decide by yourself whether that article will be of interest for the other submarine modellers (at least for demonstrating how not to build a model submarine to avoid becoming mad).
Kind regards
Hermann

Hi Hermann,
You are certainly welcome. You are very modest about your genius submarine designs.
We need submarine tech reports by you. You are a master in your field.
Can you or your associates please give me the Graupner MC-19 transmitter module plug wiring configuration. I have a 40MHz module existing in the radio now but have a new 75MHz synthesized HiTec Spectra transmitter module for converting the MC-19. I will send anyone a box of San Francisco See's Candies for the favor.

Hi friends,
@ Giovanni: Thank you for compliments, although I am only - as I use to say - an "allround layman" and my technical concepts are somehow exotic.
Concerning your problem about the Graupner MC-19 transmitter module I will ask the modeller friends in another forum and try to get an answer. I have no experience with RC sets from Graupner/ JR because for my models I use a control system of MULTIPLEX that is completely different. I will send a reply when I get information about the module plug configuration.
@David: Thank you for your pm, my answer is already on the way.
Kind regards
Hermann

Hermann,
I love exotic designs !
I'm always over engineering my designs and loving it.
I'm designing a WTC with Bruggen bajonet bulkheads and piston ballast tanks that are brushless motor direct drive, Halls effect sensor magnets.
I just received a reply from a Norweigan Graupner owner about the Graupner MC-19 TX module wiring plug configuration and is as follows.
Red: +6V
White: +Batt
White: GND
White PPM

Hi David,
and thanks for compliments.
Last week I have phoned my modeller fiend Hein and told him about your visit of the Dortmund exhibition. He is looking forward to meet you, you will find him in hall 5. Only look for an aquarium and a long red submarine model (his so called "Rotes Boot").If you discovered the aquarium, Hein will not be far away...
I wish you a pleasent trip and visit of the exhibition.
@ Giovanni: I have posted the question about the connector wiring in two modeller forums here but didn't get a reply yet. But as you wrote recently you already got the information. Nevertheless when I get a reply with more information I will let you know.
Kind regards
Hermann
