Wikipedia updated their Israeli Submarines page in August 2021. It shows the INS DRAGON/DRAKON as being on test (sea trials), and it is still supposed to be coming in 2021. We will see. It has been delayed several times. The 6th line down to the far right will show this.
I'm having problems bring up the picture from wikipedia. The chart with the boat names is about 1/2 way down the page. On the 6th line it shows you the update on the 6th submarine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolphin-class_submarine
