    No problem, Giovanni...just above the message box you will see a row of active icons...Home..Calendar...Gallery...FAQ...Search...Memberlist...Usergroups...Profile...etc

    Click on Profile, then you will see a box open like this : How do we download our Avatar Captur10

    Click on "avatar" and then just upload your chosen image from your pc.

    Any more problems, just give me a shout...
